The Highlander Hotel is situated in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, within the picturesque village of Newtonmore. The hotel is an ideal base for touring the North of Scotland with mountain ranges, forests, lochs and river valleys waiting to be explored.

Our central location also means that the many famous landmarks in the Highlands such as Loch Ness, Ben Nevis, Inverewe Gardens and Culloden Battlefield can all be visited on day trips.

Each of our 85 bedrooms is en-suite with satellite television, hospitality tray and hairdryer. Where to find us:

From Edinburgh take the M90 to Perth, from Glasgow take the M80, A80 then the A9 to Perth. From Perth take the A9 north approximately 64 miles. Come off at the slip road for Newtonmore (A86), the hotel is on the main road at the north end of Newtonmore.
